So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. As the years went by, Joe went from laborer to owner of a landscaping business. That company became lucrative; at its peak, there were multiple locations with an enormous client roster. During this time, Joe was buying and selling real estate, both for his business and for his personal use. We have three cover letters that are exclusively part of our Easy-Close Package, plus a handout to use when you’re contacting homes at risk of foreclosure.
We also have cover letters available on our member site for every niche covered in our books that our members can use in their drop-off or mailed book packages.
These are the easiest documents to modify. Simply replace the contact information at the bottom of the letters, and change any of the wording in the letters to work for you and your business.
You can also copy and paste or drag and drop your brokerage logo anywhere on the letters.
Use our 16-page Marketing Plan to illustrate what you offer and how you market the homes you list. Feel free to modify this to match what you do to market your clients’ homes.
The Marketing Plan is downloadable in four color varieties — red, blue, green, and black — so you can choose the one that most closely matches your brand image or brokerage logo.
At the end of the Marketing Plan, we list 67 ways you could potentially separate yourself from “average” real estate agents. You can add to or delete any items on this list — just don’t forget to change out the number 67 to match how many points you include in your list.
Because it’s 16 pages, you can print out this document like a magazine spread.

Our agents use this photo brochure when they mail or drop off a book package to leads. Use it to prove you are going to advertise homes better than other agents.
Like the marketing plan, this brochure is available in four color varieties. It shows potential clients how crucial good pictures can be to properly marketing and ultimately selling homes for top dollar.
You can add your brokerage logo, contact information, and even your headshot to the final page, plus customize any of the text elements.
When you're adding in any photo or logo element, you can either copy and paste a file in place of the text, delete the text and drag and drop, or click Insert --> Pictures --> Picture from File. The simplest file formats to insert are .jpeg and .png.
We recommend printing the brochure on two hard-stock 11 x 17 pieces of paper and folding them in half.
