"I got a listing, or rather, I got a buyer client from my book. We closed on his lake house a couple months ago."
But Katie's success didn't end there.
"During that time, his aunt was starting to think about listing her house. So we gave her one of my books as well about listing and, yeah, I'm likely going to be listing her house when she's ready to hit the market."
