# June is Mastering FSBOs in Her First Year as an Agent!

Not many agents have the confidence to go after FSBOs in their first year of real estate. But the books have given June a leg up on her competition.

*"And so we signed a listing agreement that day and that was about two and a half weeks ago, and I am expecting an offer in on that today."*
