Mikki was using her books primarily to work FSBOs and expired listings, but she ended up snagging a buyer referral!
"The day the books came, a friend and I already had plans to meet for happy hour, and when we got there, I shared the books with her. ... And she started looking at them, and she said, 'You know what? I'm going to a family gathering this weekend, and I'd love to take one of these books for my sister, if that's OK, but I don't want to give it to her if I can't have another for me.' So I gave her two, and she did."
