Smart Agents: When did you start using the books and why?
Debbie: I've been delivering the book to all my listing presentations for over one year now. I was having trouble with conversion of the seller leads that I was getting from different sources. I knew I needed to add credibility to my listing presentations.
Smart Agents: Which book has been most successful for you?
Debbie: I mostly use “Secrets Every Home Seller Needs to Know."
Smart Agents: What are some of your tactics for handing out and using the books?
When I first sit down to talk with my leads, I hand them the book. At that time, I talk about my background in real estate. Details about being a Realtor before starting the listing presentation. Then, I stop talking about the book as much, and my success rate of getting a listing fell off. So I'm back now, handing them the book and talking about my successes. I've started getting conversions again.
Smart Agents: What do you love most about the books?
Debbie: With all this said, I'm a veteran real estate broker. After many years of systems that have come and gone, I can tell you that I'm very happy with how the published book has helped my sales conversions. I will be implementing the Buyers Book soon in my sales system.
